Race and faction picks
- Clearest beginner signal: Quincy — current public guides repeatedly describe it as the easiest/user-friendly first route.
- Shinigami: choose it for the classic release/progression path, but do not call it universally “best” without the build context.
- Hollow → Arrancar: choose it if you accept the longer evolution/trait route and want the Resurreccion path.
